Role
We are looking for a Senior Manager, AI Enablement & Organizational Change to join our team. This is a San Jose, CA role, reporting to the VP, Digital Employee Experience in the IT Digital Employee Experience department. The Senior Manager, AI Enablement and Organizational Change will lead programs that help employees successfully adopt new technologies, AI capabilities, and ways of working.
The role will manage a team responsible for organizational change management across major IT initiatives, employee technology communications, general productivity AI enablement, and function-specific AI adoption, partnering across IT and the business to drive engagement, readiness, adoption, and measurable outcomes.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
- Lead scalable AI enablement and adoption programs that help employees build skills, confidence, and behaviors to effectively use general productivity AI, including learning experiences, campaigns, communities, leader enablement, and adoption measurement
- Partner with functional and technology leaders to understand business needs, identify high-value AI use cases, and develop tailored enablement approaches to integrate AI into workflows
- Drive organizational change for strategic IT programs, including stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, readiness planning, communications, training, adoption, and reinforcement
- Manage employee-facing IT change communications and engagement programs, translating technology changes into clear, relevant, and actionable experiences
- Build and manage a high-performing team focused on AI enablement, organizational change, and communications while establishing repeatable methodologies, measurement practices, and scalable cross-functional workflows

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Demonstrated fluency with generative AI and emerging AI technologies, with experience translating AI capabilities into practical employee use cases, workflows, enablement programs, or adoption strategies
- 8+ years of experience in organizational change management, technology adoption, employee enablement, communications, or learning, with demonstrated experience leading complex enterprise-wide change initiatives
- Proven experience developing and executing organizational change strategies for major technology or digital transformation programs, including stakeholder engagement, change impact and readiness, communications, learning, adoption, and reinforcement
- Strong executive communication and cross-functional influence skills, with demonstrated ability to translate complex technology and business concepts into clear, compelling, and actionable experiences for diverse audiences
- 3+ years of experience leading and developing teams and building scalable programs, frameworks, and operating models, with the ability to use adoption data, employee insights, and business outcomes to measure impact and continuously improve programs
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience designing or scaling enterprise AI adoption and enablement programs, including role-based or function-specific use cases, learning programs, communities of practice, champion networks, or leader-led adoption strategies
- Experience leading organizational change for complex, global technology transformations involving multiple stakeholder groups, significant workflow changes, and executive-level visibility
- Formal change management training or certification (such as Prosci), along with demonstrated experience using adoption metrics, employee insights, and business outcomes to measure program effectiveness

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
