This role is in support of NWOS, a Cencora business offering the supply for surgical appliances in the UK

 

We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Leigh, supporting customers with queries, order updates, and issue resolution. This is a fixed term contract until the end of July 2027.

You’ll be the first point of contact, working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver a smooth, reliable service and a great customer experience.

 

Location: Leigh, WN7
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week, 9am-5.30pm (with 30 minutes unpaid break)

Working Days: Monday - Friday

 

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via phone and email

• Track orders and provide updates to customers

• Resolve issues quickly, including delivery and order queries

• Liaise with internal teams and external carriers

• Amend orders while minimising disruption

• Maintain accurate records across internal systems

• Handle complaints calmly and professionally

• Support service levels and team targets

About You

• Previous customer service experience

• Strong communication skills

• Calm under pressure and solution-focused

• Organised with good attention to detail

• Confident using IT systems

• Positive, team-oriented approach
