Description
Objectives:
Develops and strengthens commercial and innovation processes to accelerate speed to market, enhance technical success, and drives market penetration of new product launches.
The Marketing Manager is based in Seoul, Korea.
ANH Newco’s core business is the supply of premix products, including vitamins and Performance Solutions, to:
- Feed millers
- Integrators
- Animal pharmaceutical companies
- Large-scale local livestock farms
ANH Newco also operates a local premix manufacturing site in Poseung, Pyeongtaek-si, where raw materials are processed into premix products for the Korean market under strict quality control standards.
The Marketing Manager reports to the Head of Sales in Korea and is responsible for leading technical support and marketing activities across Korea.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Works closely with Account Managers to translate market insights, customer needs, application requirements, and business opportunities into effective technical and commercial solutions.
- Collaborates closely with the Head of Sales to identify market opportunities, understand customer demands, support the development and successful launch of new solutions, and accelerate their adoption in the market.
- Provides strategic direction and technical sales support to Account Managers, guiding their sales activities and driving effective commercial execution.
- Provides advanced technical support, application expertise, scientific and marketing assistance, as well as regular technical seminars and customer training to help Account Managers enable customers to understand and confidently apply Performance Solution products.
- Ensures the technical and scientific excellence of ANH Newco products and supports their successful implementation in the market.
- Contributes to sustainable business growth and customer satisfaction through effective technical, marketing, and commercial activities.
Although the number of customers directly managed by the Marketing Manager is relatively limited compared with a general Account Manager, the role is also expected to take on selected Account Manager responsibilities, including direct sales activities for specific accounts, to develop and execute marketing and commercial activities aligned with market needs and customer opportunities.
