We are looking for an Environmental Services-Project Manager to support the Carl Vinson VA Medical Center in Dublin, GA.
The Project Manager shall have full authority to act for the contractor on all contract matters relating to daily operations of this contract. The Project Manager shall be available during normal hours of operation to plan, direct, and control the overall management and operational functions specified herein. The Project Manager shall provide the necessary level of management and administrative oversight to achieve customer requirements.Key Responsibilities: Supervise the work activities of janitorial personnel in a professional environment. Assign duties, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding janitorial services and take corrective action. May purchase janitorial supplies, manage stock level of inventory, train new employees, and recommend dismissals.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit, stand, reach, bend and stoop for extended periods of time; Ascending/Descending stairs and required to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds frequently; May be required to lift up to 30 lbs.
