Annual salary: $69,197.34 + Full state benefits

Travel is EXTENSIVE - Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required car insurance

 

Minimum Qualifications

Health Care Management Nurse, Level III - Requirements consist of possession of a valid permanent Oklahoma license as a registered nurse as approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing and six (6) years of professional nursing experience, including three (3) years in a managed care or home health care program.

Job Responsibilities:

Under the general supervision of the Nursing Programs Administrator, this Registered Nurse serves as a Health Services Consultant Specialist, providing consultative services and medical safety assessments for children with special health care needs during open child welfare cases
 

• The position serves as a clinical resource to child welfare staff through consultation, training, assessment, direction, and coaching. 

• Identifies and coordinates appropriate health care resources. 

• Participates in the development of plans of care so that the child's needs are best met. 

• May also participate in court as a representative of DHS/CW as needed.

Preference Statement

Preference may be given to nurses with experience in Community Health Nursing; Pediatrics/Behavioral-Psych Pediatrics; Forensics/SANE; 

Note: 3 years in a managed care of home health care program is not required for CW RNs.
