Your role at Clorox:
The Associate Marketing Manager supports the execution of business and marketing priorities for Burt’s Bees, reporting to the Brand Manager and partnering to analyze business performance, manage key projects, support go-to-market execution, and translate consumer and market insights into actionable recommendations. This role helps drive portfolio growth by supporting business reporting, integrated communications, cross-functional project management, and initiatives that strengthen brand health, consumer engagement, and financial performance.In this role, you will:

As an Associate Marketing Manager on Burt’s Bees, you will support the execution of business and marketing plans, analyze consumer and market insights, manage key cross-functional projects, and help bring purpose-driven brand initiatives to life.
Associate Marketing Manager (AMM): in this role, you will be responsible for:
- Support business performance reporting by analyzing syndicated data (Circana) and custom research on consumption, sales, market share, distribution, competitive trends, and consumer insights to identify opportunities, risks, and actionable recommendations
- Support development and execution of quarterly marketing plans, integrated communications, retail activation, and go-to-market initiatives that contribute to brand growth, volume, profit, and consumer engagement.
- Translate consumer insights, market research, and business analytics into recommendations that improve marketing effectiveness and support portfolio priorities
- Participate in the development of advertising copy, media plans, creative assets, shopper marketing programs, retail activation, and integrated marketing campaigns
- Manage cross-functional project workstreams, timelines, and stakeholder communication across Sales, Finance, R&D, Supply Chain, Consumer Insights, and agency partners to support portfolio growth, go-to-market execution, and category opportunities
- Support product, packaging, and portfolio initiatives that strengthen the brand, improve the consumer/shopper experience, and deliver against business objectives.

What we look for:
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Consumer Insights, Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in brand management, marketing, consumer insights, category management, business strategy, or a related commercial function.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results and successfully deliver projects, initiatives, or business objectives within established timelines.
- Experience analyzing and interpreting data to develop actionable insights, measure business performance, and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional partners and stakeholders, effectively advancing ideas and recommendations through collaboration.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex business environment.
- Experience leveraging consumer and shopper insights to support business, brand, or category growth strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate recommendations and present a point of view.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and build relationships across organizational levels.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace and contributing to a culture that values inclusion, diversity, equity, and allyship (IDEA).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
- Experience leading innovation, commercialization, or new product development initiatives.
- Advanced analytical skills with experience using consumer, market, retail, or business performance data sources.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.

The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
