Job Responsibilities
- Manages and supports business applications.
- Troubleshoots application issues and implements solutions.
- Coordinates application changes and releases.
- Maintains application documentation.
- Collaborates with vendors and development teams.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent; 2-4 years of relevant experience
Additional Role Expectations
- Travel to client or the organization locations may be required based on business needs.
- Work may include periods of increased hours during peak business cycles.
