Join JLL's Value & Risk Advisory team as Director and become the trusted advisor to major lenders, developers, and institutional investors navigating Brisbane's dynamic residential market. You'll lead valuation strategy across the entire development lifecycle - from land acquisition and construction financing to completed asset assessment - with your analysis directly informing multi-million-dollar investment decisions.
What You'll Do.
Lead comprehensive valuations across the residential development lifecycle - greenfield sites, projects under construction, and completed developments.
Provide strategic guidance on feasibility studies, market positioning, and highest and best use assessments that shape project direction. Develop deep client relationships with lenders, funds, and developers while driving business development and revenue growth. Mentor junior team members and stay ahead of market trends, planning frameworks, and emerging valuation methodologies.
What You Bring.
Extensive residential valuation experience with specialised expertise in development sites and project valuations. Proven ability to manage complex, high-value assignments for institutional clients. Strong analytical capabilities in development feasibility and financial modeling. Professional valuation qualification (CPV) with active industry membership. Exceptional communication skills - you translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insights. Established network within Brisbane's residential development sector and demonstrated team leadership experience.
