Program/Project Management Lead

Summary: As a Program or Project Management Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the successful delivery of programs or projects by coordinating various activities and ensuring alignment with business goals. This role requires continuous communication with diverse stakeholders to manage expectations and address any challenges that arise. The position demands careful monitoring of project scope and deliverables to maintain progress and quality throughout the project lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope. - Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders to promote transparency and alignment. - Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery. - Support continuous improvement initiatives by sharing best practices and lessons learned. - Drive project documentation and reporting to maintain clarity and accountability throughout the project. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Strong ability to gather, document, and validate business requirements to support project objectives. - Experience in stakeholder engagement and managing expectations across multiple teams. - Proficient in using tools and techniques for requirements elicitation, analysis, and management. - Skilled in translating business needs into clear, actionable project deliverables. - Ability to assess and prioritize requirements to align with strategic goals and resource availability. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Manila office.
