This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll lead the delivery of IT operations across a complex healthcare environment, ensuring our systems, services and infrastructure support exceptional patient care and colleague experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the IT Operations and Service Delivery strategy for our Dental business

• Oversee IT infrastructure including cloud platforms, networks, telephony, end-user computing and on-premise systems.

• Ensure availability, performance, security and resilience of systems.

• Lead disaster recovery and business continuity activities.

• Own and improve the IT Service Management framework.

• Lead Service Desk, Application Support and Major Incident Management teams.

• Manage supplier relationships and contracts.

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team.

What are we looking for:

• Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role within a complex, multi-site environment (healthcare or service industry preferred).

• A strong background in IT infrastructure, cloud technologies (especially Microsoft Azure), and service management.

• Demonstratable success in leading large teams and managing third-party vendors.

• Deep understanding of ITIL frameworks (v3 or v4 certification preferred).

• Experience with regulatory compliance in healthcare or similarly regulated industries.

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
