Description
We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Bromley to assist with the appointment of a Quality Assurance Manager, on a 3-month contract, likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: £28.08 - £37.06 per hour
Summary:
A Quality Assurance Project Manager is required to lead the delivery of the Adult Social Care quality assurance programme, including case file audits, practice reviews, quality monitoring and service improvement projects. The role requires an experienced Social Work Manager with strong knowledge of Adult Social Care, with experience in practice improvement, quality assurance and safeguarding highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of the Quality Assurance Policy, Governance and Framework.
- Deliver the annual Adult Social Care quality assurance and audit programme.
- Coordinate quality and performance monitoring activities and contribute to performance reporting.
- Undertake case file audits, practice reviews and observations.
- Evaluate frontline social work practice against agreed quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Professional Social Work qualification such as Degree, DipSW, CQSW or equivalent.
Essentials:
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Proven experience working within Adult Social Care or Health and Social Care.
- Significant experience as a Social Work Manager / Team Leader or in a similar senior social care role.
- Experience in Quality Assurance, Practice Improvement, Audit or Service Improvement is highly desirable.
- Experience managing change or social care projects.
