This is a unique opportunity for a high-level Account Executive or Operations Manager looking to make a significant impact in the retail insurance industry at the highest level of operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the organization, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational capabilities and achieve business objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of insurance professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards while identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Analyze operational performance metrics and implement improvements to drive profitability and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the retail insurance industry, with a proven track record in operations management.
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
