A day in the life…
As a D2C E-Commerce Specialist, you will support the growth of Russell Stover’s direct-to-consumer business by managing and optimizing RussellStover.com. You will execute product launches, promotional campaigns, and customer retention initiatives while ensuring accurate, engaging website content and a seamless shopping experience across the Adobe Commerce (Magento) platform. By leveraging eCommerce best practices in digital merchandising, SEO, CRM marketing, analytics, and conversion rate optimization, you will identify opportunities to improve site performance, increase customer engagement, and drive online sales. Working cross-functionally with marketing, UX, creative, analytics, technology, and operations teams, you will use data-driven insights to enhance the customer journey and support key business objectives across the digital commerce channel.
What you will be doing…
- Managing and updating website content, including product information, product page enhancements, sorting rules, filters, banners, promotional assets, and other on-site functionalities, while ensuring consistency and accuracy across the site.
- Deploying and managing email and SMS marketing campaigns using audience segmentation strategies, while ensuring timely and accurate execution of pricing and promotional initiatives.
- Managing on-site SEO initiatives, including metadata creation, category optimization, internal linking strategies, URL management, redirect planning, sitemap maintenance, indexing support, technical SEO audits, and organic traffic performance monitoring.
- Conducting and supporting A/B testing and other optimization initiatives to improve conversion rates and enhance the overall user experience.
- Partnering closely with creative, marketing, operations, UX, and technical teams to align strategies and ensure the timely delivery of content, campaigns, and website enhancements.
- Identifying, troubleshooting, documenting, and supporting the resolution of website functionality and performance issues in partnership with development teams.
- Monitoring website performance, user behavior, and key merchandising KPIs, while leveraging data-driven insights to inform merchandising decisions and optimization opportunities.
- Managing and supporting website accessibility initiatives to ensure compliance with ADA requirements and accessibility best practices.

Do you have what it takes?
(Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience supporting a Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) eCommerce business, which could include website management, digital merchandising, content management, and digital marketing execution
- Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Adobe Commerce (Magento), Shopify, or similar content management systems; Adobe Commerce (Magento) preferred
- Experience with email, SMS, and CRM marketing platforms (ex: Listrak, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Selligent, or similar)
- Experience with A/B testing tools & conversion rate optimization methodologies
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience implementing them
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills with experience partnering across marketing, creative, UX, technology, and operations teams.
- Growth mindset with excitement to learn and be hands-on
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to speak, read, and write English fluently, with or without an accommodation

(Preferred Qualifications)
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and customer-centered website optimization
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web content best practices
- Familiarity with ADA compliance and accessibility standards for digital experiences
- Experience working with Jira, Asana, or similar project management and ticketing platforms
If visiting our manufacturing plants, you will be expected to:
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure product quality and maintain compliance with food safety standards
- Complete and follow FSQA training and programs to comply with regulatory requirements, ensure consumer safety, and support the plant’s food safety and quality objectives
- Promptly report and take appropriate action on any observed or potential food safety hazards, process deviations, or non-conformities by notifying the designated plant supervisor, in accordance with your role and responsibilities
- Actively contributes to the continuous improvement of the company’s Food Safety Culture through engagement and actions aligned with your role
