The Role
Provides strategic leadership for project and program management across complex, high-impact technology product development. Shapes portfolio priorities, strengthens execution practices, and enables predictable delivery by aligning product strategy, technical plans, and cross-functional decisions. Drives innovation and continuous improvement while influencing company-wide objectives and outcomes.
Responsibilities
Set strategic direction for project and program execution in alignment with company & PMO objectives.
Lead portfolio planning and delivery for complex semiconductor and IoT products spanning silicon, software, modules, validation, test, and qualification.
Partner with Product Management, R&D, and business leaders to translate roadmaps into feasible, capacity-aware priorities, milestones, and commitments.
Drive disciplined execution through critical-path planning, dependency management, scope control, and schedule and budget oversight.
Establish proactive risk, issue, and change management; develop recovery options and escalate decisions to protect product outcomes.
Advance concept-to-delivery frameworks, tools, metrics, and KPIs that improve transparency, decision quality, and execution efficiency.
Communicate status and recommendations to executive stakeholders, facilitate cross-functional decisions, and strengthen project management capability through standards, coaching, mentoring, and education.
Skills You Will Need
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or another technology-related discipline.
Minimum 12 years of project or program management experience, including leadership of complex, cross-functional product development initiatives.
Semiconductor or related experience preferred; advanced degree and recognized project management certification are desirable.
Advanced command of project and portfolio management practices, including Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, EVM, and critical-path or critical-chain methods.
Strong understanding of technology product development lifecycles and cross-functional engineering execution.
Proven ability to influence globally diverse technical, operational, and business stakeholders.
Executive-level communication, presentation, facilitation, and decision-framing skills.
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint and Excel.
