Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team in an Order to Cash (O2C) and customer support capacity. This role is essential in ensuring flawless operations, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and driving process excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong intuition for business, good communication skills, and the ability to work multi-functionally in a dynamic environment. 

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Handle routine customer requests and queries through chat, email, or calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Support resolution of order, data, or system-related issues by following defined processes and guidelines.
• Assist in handling partner concerns by coordinating with senior team members and sharing required information.
• Perform accurate data entry, validation, and basic checks to ensure process compliance.
• Support follow-ups on pending orders, cases, or requests as directed by senior team members.
• Use internal systems (e.g., Salesforce or ERP tools) to process requests and update case/order status.
• Maintain proper documentation and update knowledge articles or SOPs when required.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and process updates.

Skills & Competencies:

• Solid attention to detail and good time management skills.
• Basic problem-solving ability with willingness to learn how to handle critical issues.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptable to changing processes and open to learning new tools or systems.
• Ability to work independently on tasks and collaborate with team members.

Qualification & Experience:

• Prior experience in customer support, operations, or Order-to-Cash roles is helpful.
• Solid grasp of MS Office tools; exposure to ERP or CRM systems is an advantage.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and business guidelines consistently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, project driven environment.
