We're looking for a creative, social-media-savvy Digital Content Creator to create engaging short-form content and help grow social media accounts, primarily across Instagram and TikTok.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands what captures attention online, enjoys experimenting with new ideas and tools, and knows how to turn trends into engaging content.

You'll own the content process from idea to publication: researching trends, developing concepts, creating and editing short-form videos, publishing content and using performance insights to continuously improve reach, engagement and follower growth.

What you'll do

• Research social media trends, viral topics and emerging content formats.
• Develop creative content ideas, hooks and short scripts for Reels and TikTok.
• Create and edit engaging short-form video content using traditional and AI-powered creative tools.
• Build a consistent identity, style and tone of voice for each account.
• Manage content calendars and maintain a consistent publishing schedule.
• Adapt and optimise content for different social platforms and audiences.
• Publish content and help build active, engaged communities.
• Monitor views, engagement and follower growth and use performance data to improve future content.
• Experiment with different formats, concepts and creative approaches to identify what performs best.
• Provide regular updates on results, insights and proposed next steps.
• Keep creative assets organised and follow company and platform guidelines.

What we're looking for

• A strong interest in social media, short-form video and digital content.
• A good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Reels and current social media trends.
• Creativity and a natural instinct for content that can capture attention and generate engagement.
• Practical video editing or content creation skills.
• An interest in AI tools and AI-assisted content creation — previous hands-on experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to create engaging hooks, captions and short scripts.
• A willingness to experiment, test new approaches and learn from performance data.
• Initiative, organisation and the ability to take content from concept through to publication.
• An interest in sports, sports betting, online casino, entertainment, current events or viral trends is an advantage, but not essential.

We care more about your creativity, social media instincts and willingness to experiment than having a specific number of years of experience.

Compensation & Bonuses

• Base salary of €850–€1,200 net per month, depending on skills and experience.
• Performance bonuses for follower milestones:
• 1,000 followers: €100 bonus
• 5,000 followers: €300 bonus
• 15,000 followers: €600 bonus

Each milestone is paid once per designated account or account group, as defined in the bonus scheme. Eligibility requires over 3% average engagement from likes and comments across the latest 50 posts, assessed at every milestone.

Additional performance bonuses may be awarded at management's discretion based on agreed KPIs.
