The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

• Drive end-to-end product delivery, from backlog prioritisation through to high-quality release execution for the United Kingdom.
• Partner with technical, clinical and commercial stakeholders to deliver and localise the Visit Integrity Platform for the UK healthcare market.
• Understand and solve customer problems by translating customer, clinical coding and market requirements into clear user stories and product requirements.
• Prioritise and manage the product backlog while supporting team efficiency and alignment with UK and global product strategy.
• Help customers realise productivity improvements and return on investment through streamlined clinical coding workflows, computer-assisted coding and automated coding functionality.
• Provide clear, concise communication with the team, peers and managers, including status reporting, escalation of critical issues and constructive feedback.
• Monitor the UK healthcare and clinical coding market and act as the voice of the customer to global development teams.
• Work closely with related Product Owners, Product Managers and Business Managers to align UK-specific requirements with the broader global product roadmap.
• Support customer pilots, reference sites and new product launches in the United Kingdom.
• Evaluate client enhancement requests in alignment with UK market needs and global product strategy.
• Lead release planning and sprint alignment with development teams.
• Align Product, Engineering, Sales, Services and customer teams to support successful product adoption.
• Contribute to product strategy, market development and financial performance.
• Significant experience within the UK clinical coding or healthcare information industry, with a good understanding of NHS clinical coding standards and healthcare data.
• Experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, healthcare software development or product delivery.
• Demonstrated experience gathering customer requirements and translating them into product requirements, user stories or development priorities.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
• Proven ability to work with customers and cross-functional teams to support product development, implementation and adoption.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• 5+ years of experience in the UK healthcare software industry, ideally within clinical coding, health information management or revenue cycle solutions.
• 2+ years of experience working in an Agile software development environment, including backlog management, sprint planning and collaboration with software development teams.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or other relevant Product Owner/Product Management certification.
• 3+ years of product, technology and/or clinical experience with Solventum/3M Medicode, Medicode 360, Medicode Cloud or other clinical coding and encoder solutions. Proven ability to work cross-functionally, between technical and non-technical teams
