Sobre a Posição
Procuramos um Financial Accounting & Reporting Specialist, para assegurar a preparação, análise e comunicação de informação financeira e de gestão, garantindo a fiabilidade e integridade dos dados e o suporte à tomada de decisão estratégica.
Principais Responsabilidades:
Financial Reporting & Closing
- Elaborar relatórios financeiros periódicos (mensais, trimestrais e anuais);
- Coordenar os processos de fecho contabilístico e reporting corporativo;
- Assegurar o reporting mensal para o Grupo TMICC;
- Garantir a conformidade com as normas contabilísticas e políticas internas, incluindo IFRS e Controlo Interno;
- Assegurar a fiabilidade, integridade e consistência da informação financeira reportada.
Análise Financeira e Business Partnering
- Apoiar a gestão na análise de performance e identificação de desvios;
- Preparar e comunicar informação financeira e de gestão que suporte a tomada de decisão;
- Atuar como ponto de ligação entre Accounting, Controlling e outras áreas de Finance, assegurando o alinhamento de critérios e processos;
- Colaborar transversalmente com diferentes equipas da organização para garantir uma visão integrada da performance financeira.
Melhoria Contínua e Transformação
- Participar em projetos de melhoria contínua focados na eficiência e automação de processos;
- Contribuir para a otimização dos processos financeiros end-to-end;
- Apoiar iniciativas de transformação e evolução da função Finance.
Quem procuramos:
Experiência Profissional
- Experiência profissional de pelo menos 5 anos em funções de Contabilidade e/ou Controlling, preferencialmente em ambiente multinacional;
- Experiência prévia em contextos com forte componente de processos, fechos financeiros e reporte.
Conhecimentos Técnicos
- Sólidos conhecimentos de contabilidade geral e processos de fecho financeiro (SNC e IFRS);
- Boa compreensão dos processos financeiros end-to-end (E2E);
- Experiência com sistemas financeiros/ERP, como SAP, Workday Financials ou similares;
- Bons conhecimentos de Excel e ferramentas de análise e reporting, nomeadamente Power BI;
- Interesse e/ou experiência em automação de processos e melhoria contínua serão valorizados.

- Forte capacidade analítica e atenção ao detalhe, mantendo uma visão global do negócio;
- Orientação para processos, eficiência e melhoria contínua;
- Capacidade de trabalhar de forma transversal e colaborativa com diferentes stakeholders;
- Autonomia, sentido de responsabilidade e proatividade na resolução de desafios;
- Boa capacidade de comunicação e adaptação a ambientes de mudança e transformação.
Formação Académica
- Licenciatura em Contabilidade, Gestão, Finanças ou área similar.
Idiomas
- Domínio da língua inglesa, escrita e falada.
