Summary:
As a Technical Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architecture tailored for a specific platform, product, or engagement. This role requires defining solutions that address critical aspects such as performance, capability, and scalability. The position demands a strategic approach to ensure that architectural designs align with business goals and technical requirements, fostering innovation and efficiency throughout the development lifecycle. Collaboration with various stakeholders to refine and implement architectural frameworks is a key part of daily activities, ensuring robust and adaptable technology solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure alignment with organizational standards and best practices.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure clarity and shared understanding of architectural goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Strong knowledge of platform architecture principles and best practices related to ServiceNow implementations.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance solutions within complex technology environments.
- Ability to analyze and resolve architectural challenges while maintaining system integrity and security.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering sustainable and efficient technology solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
