What you will do:
- Develop creative concepts and design solutions aligned with briefs, brand objectives, and communication goals.
- Create visual assets for social media, marketing campaigns, presentation decks, reports, infographics, and other brand communication materials.
- Transform complex information and ideas into clear, engaging, and visually compelling designs.
- Maintain brand consistency and visual standards across different platforms and communication materials.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Creative teams to refine concepts and deliver high-quality design outputs within agreed timelines.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, or similar role, supported by a strong portfolio demonstrating solid design fundamentals and visual storytelling.
- Strong ability to interpret creative briefs and translate concepts into compelling, engaging, and visually consistent designs.
- Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro), Google Workspace (particularly Google Slides), or equivalent tools.
- Strong understanding of layout and composition, typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality outputs within deadlines.
- Experience in motion graphics and/or video editing is a strong advantage.
