We are now strengthening our planning capacity in preparation for a major, long-term SURF EPCI project. Following project award, we will mobilize a strong project team – and a key part of that team will be an experienced Principal Planner with solid execution experience from similar large-scale developments.

What you will be doing
As a Principal Planner, you will take a central role in the execution phase of a major SURF project, ensuring robust and integrated planning across all disciplines.
Your main responsibilities will include:
· Establish, maintain and optimize integrated project schedules for execution phase
· Ensure alignment between engineering, procurement, fabrication and offshore installation activities
· Work closely with consortium partner to ensure overall alignment of baseline and schedules presented to Client
· Identify and manage critical path, key interfaces, constraints and dependencies
· Drive progress measurement, forecasting and schedule performance analysis
· Ensure subcontractor schedules are aligned and sufficiently detailed
· Work closely with project management and project controls to ensure accurate and timely reporting
· Monitor offshore progress and analyze Daily Progress Reports during installation
· Support Change Management process through schedule critical path analysis
· Proactively identify risks and propose mitigation measures related to schedule
· Contribute to robust planning processes and continuous improvement
· Implement Dates (Planned, Forecast), Milestones chains, weight in Ocean Installer EDMS System

Who we’re looking for
We are looking for a highly competent and structured planner with a strong understanding of full project execution in SURF EPCI developments.
Typical qualifications and experience:
· Relevant higher education (engineering, project management or similar)
· Extensive experience (+8 years) within planning for offshore/SURF projects
· Proven experience from execution phase of large SURF EPCI projects, not limited to the North Sea
· Strong understanding of the full project value chain, including:
o Design and engineering
o Procurement and fabrication
o Offshore SURF installation operations
· Advanced user of Primavera P6 (Cloud) / Safran Project / MS Project
· Solid experience with progress measurement, forecasting and schedule risk assessment
· Ability to manage complex interfaces across multiple disciplines and stakeholders
· Experience with presentation of schedule to Clients
· Structured, quality focused, analytical and proactive with high delivery capacity
· Comfortable working in a dynamic offshore project environment
