What you'll do:

• Lead and oversee project and construction management activities to ensure timely and on-budget completion.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and procurement processes while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to facilitate change orders and resolve project issues promptly.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including cost estimation and progress reports.
• Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to support project objectives and compliance.
• Monitor construction quality and safety standards throughout project execution to meet organizational requirements.

What you'll bring:

• Proven expertise in project and construction management, including oversight of budgets and schedules.
• Strong skills in relationship management to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and vendors.
• Experience in procurement processes and managing change orders to ensure project continuity.
• Ability to coordinate project documentation and maintain accurate records throughout project lifecycles.
• Proficiency in cost estimation to support budget planning and financial control.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate clear and timely information exchange across teams.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
