Full-time 3rd Shift Manual Machinist I
Pay: $25.00 - $38.00/hour, plus a 15% shift differential for 3rd shift
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with overtime available and an on-call weekend rotation every 5 weeks

What You'll Do:
As our 3rd Shift Manual Machinist, you'll combine technical expertise with craftsmanship as you transform project specifications into precision-machined components. You'll read blueprints, determine critical dimensions, and then properly set up and operate engine lathes, vertical lathes, and both vertical and horizontal mills accordingly. Using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, Vernier calipers, and dial indicators, you'll maintain tight tolerances and determine the proper speeds and feeds needed to achieve exceptional surface finishes. You'll also assist with welding operations, and contribute to repair, rebuilding, assembly, and disassembly projects involving industrial equipment.
Who We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience setting up and operating manual lathes and mills
- Ability to interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
- Experience using precision measuring tools, including micrometers, Vernier calipers, and dial indicators
- Candidates with welding experience using GMAW, GTAW, and SMAW processes, and a technical or vocational machining degree will be highly valued.
