Your role Key responsibilities in your new role        As Head of Recruiting India, you will drive strategic talent acquisition initiatives while building strong partnerships across the business and Human Resources organization. You will lead a team of recruiting professionals and contribute to global talent acquisition priorities. Define and execute recruiting strategies to attract and hire top talent while building sustainable talent pipelines for current and future business needs Lead and develop a team of recruiting professionals and foster a high-performing, customer-focused recruiting organization Partner with Talent Attraction and Employer Branding teams to strengthen Infineon's employer brand and support effective talent attraction initiatives Use recruiting data, market insights, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and support business decision-making Collaborate with Human Resources Business Partners and Recruiting Services teams to align recruiting activities with workforce planning and operational excellence Build trusted relationships with business leaders and provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition topics Contribute as a member of the Global Recruiting Leadership Team and support the development of global recruiting strategies and best practices Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed      You are a collaborative leader with strong business acumen and a passion for developing people and organizations. You communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and successfully navigate complex and changing environments. Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field 15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including 6+ years leading Talent Acquisition or Recruiting teams in a complex and fast-paced environment Strong people leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and inspire high-performing teams Experience partnering with senior business and Human Resources stakeholders and translating business needs into talent acquisition strategies Strong analytical skills and proficiency with recruiting technologies and applicant tracking systems to drive data-informed decisions and continuous improvement Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative and customer-focused approach Experience leading geographically distributed teams and managing organizational change is preferred #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
