OUR ROLE
As the Manager of Talent & Projects you will actively support the development and delivery of talent, leadership and performance programs aligned with the VITA Brands people strategy and business priorities. This is an exciting opportunity to bring new ideas to life, up-level our leadership capability, develop talent across our brands and deliver initiatives that make a real difference for our people and performance.

WHAT YOU WILL DO AT VITA BRANDS
In close collaboration with the Director of Talent & Culture and team + your key stakeholders, you will:
- Lead and coordinate talent and leadership projects from planning through execution.
- Support key talent processes globally and across the matrix, including succession planning, engagement & listening surveys, talent reviews, talent assessment and leadership development programs.
- Be the driving force behind our talent agenda, ensuring talent programs, annual cycles and development initiatives are executed brilliantly and continuously improved
- Develop compelling executive-level presentations, communications and materials that support successful program delivery and adoption.
- Leverage people data, employee feedback and external insights to identify opportunities and continuously improve talent practices.
WHO YOU ARE
You are someone who is naturally curious, highly organized, execution-driven, known for getting things done, and energized by working with people across different functions, markets and levels of the organization. You build strong relationships quickly, navigate complexity with confidence and know how to bring stakeholders along the journey.
You balance big-picture thinking, with hands on execution, whether that is launching a new leadership program, driving a cross-functional project, or finding better ways to support leaders and employees. Most importantly, you are passionate about helping the business and our people be successful.
You have:
- Talent & Leadership Expertise: Experience supporting and implementing talent and succession management, leadership development and performance management initiatives.
- Project Leadership & Execution Experience: Proven ability to lead projects from concept to implementation, bringing structure, momentum, and follow-through.
- Communication & Facilitation Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to facilitate workshops, engage diverse audiences, and build connections across the organization
- Learning Agility & Curiosity: A desire to continuously learn, challenge existing approaches and bring fresh thinking to talent, leadership and HR projects.
- Stakeholder Management Skills: Proven ability to build strong relationships and credibility with leaders, HR partners and key stakeholders who enjoys being close to the business and partner with others. Comfortable influencing, challenging and aligning diverse perspectives to achieve shared outcomes.
- At least 5 years of experience as an HR Specialist (TM, Leadership, Learning, TA, Performance Management): of which 3 years or more are in Talent Management or Leadership.
