The Opportunity


As a Management Consulting - Sector Operations - Health MPH/MHA Associate, you will engage with clients to drive sustainable growth and competitive advantage in today's dynamic market. Within our Advisory practice, you will contribute to improving operational performance across supply chain and core business processes through optimization and execution support. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.


In this role at PwC, you will work across business operations to improve efficiency, reduce cost, and scale execution. Responsibilities


- Supporting client engagements by contributing to healthcare operations projects

- Assisting in the development and implementation of business transformation strategies within healthcare sectors

- Engaging in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs

- Collaborating with teams to optimize service delivery models and improve stakeholder engagement

- Applying business data analytics to derive insights and inform decision-making processes

- Participating in healthcare project management tasks, confirming alignment with regulatory requirements

- Utilizing operations management techniques to streamline processes and improve service delivery

- Demonstrating intellectual curiosity by exploring innovative solutions and methodologies

- Contributing to the design and execution of process optimization strategies within healthcare operations

- Building relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions


What You Must Have


- Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's of Public Health, Master's of Health Administration degree

- Client service associate positions are entry-level roles and job seekers have completed or are in the process of completing their final academic year of educational requirements

- Preferred cumulative GPA: 3.3

- Preferred major GPA: 3.3

The salary range for this position is: $63,000 - $140,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
