Sr. Lead Tech Business Systems Consultant – Infrastructure

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Sr. Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant to support our IOR organization. 

 

This role sits within the Infrastructure, Operations & Reliability (IOR) organization and will serve as a strategic execution and business systems lead supporting enterprise technology operations. The position is responsible for driving execution of organizational priorities, governance, operational performance, workforce and financial management, executive reporting, and transformation initiatives across a highly matrixed technology environment. The role partners closely with senior technology leaders to improve service reliability, operational effectiveness, and delivery of strategic outcomes.

 

In this role, you will:

• Drive execution of strategic technology initiatives and organizational priorities across Infrastructure, Operations & Reliability (IOR)
• Lead large-scale, cross-functional efforts that improve operational performance, service reliability, and organizational effectiveness
• Establish governance routines, performance metrics, and reporting to provide transparency into initiatives, risks, dependencies, and outcomes
• Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations through analysis of operational, workforce, financial, and technology performance trends
• Coordinate execution across engineering, operations, reliability, observability, service management, and support teams
• Identify operational risks, process gaps, and improvement opportunities, and drive remediation through completion
• Develop executive presentations, strategic communications, business reviews, and leadership materials to support decision-making
• Partner across technology, risk, finance, human resources, and control functions to drive alignment and execution
• Support organizational transformation initiatives, including automation, AI-enabled operations, platform modernization, and continuous improvement
• Influence decisions and build consensus among senior leaders and stakeholders in complex, matrixed environments
• Foster a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement while ensuring adherence to regulatory, risk, and control requirements

 

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
• 4+ years of experience working within or supporting an infrastructure organization
• 3+ years of experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives

 

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience supporting Infrastructure, Operations & Reliability (IOR), Production Services, IT Service Operations, CTO Platform, SRE, Observability, or Technology Control organizations
• Knowledge of Agile, product management, portfolio governance, and technology delivery methodologies
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, ServiceNow, Jira, or related technology management tools
• Familiarity with technology risk, control, audit, and regulatory compliance processes
• Experience driving organizational transformation, automation, AI-enabled operations, or operational excellence initiatives
• Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and drive outcomes across highly matrixed organizations
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities. $139,000.00 - $239,000.00
