JOB OVERVIEW
The Regional Manager will be responsible for driving Direct Sales performance across assigned markets, ensuring effective execution throughout the sales funnel while working closely with key stakeholders across MEPAT & South Asia. This role replaces the previous single Team Lead model with region-specific ownership, enabling greater efficiency, accountability, and alignment with individual market requirements. The Regional Manager will play a key role in translating global sales strategy into effective local execution, driving performance, and delivering measurable results.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Regional performance & delivery
- Own Direct Sales performance across assigned regions, including volume, conversion, and quality targets
- Drive execution across the full funnel (Lead → SQL → Assessment → Offer → Confirmed → Arrived)
- Monitor performance against region- and market-aligned targets and take corrective action where required
- Act as a PoC for Direct Sales to Regional GMs
- Align sales activity with regional growth priorities and market realities
- Provide clear visibility on risks, opportunities, and performance trends
- Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and support to Student Enrolment & Induction Advisors within the region
- Ensure consistent application of quality standards and sales processes
- Support capability development and performance improvement across the team
- Drive consistency in quality assessment and decision-making at each stage of the funnel
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and leakage points, and implement improvements
- Work closely with Director, Direct Sales and feedback to Marketing, Enablement, and Sponsorship teams to improve lead quality and conversion outcomes
- Partner with central teams to ensure regional needs are reflected in campaigns, tools, and processes
- Support cross-regional initiatives while maintaining clear regional ownership.
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience in sales leadership or senior sales roles, ideally in a multi-market or regional environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance growth ambition and market realities
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret funnel performance and act decisively
- Confident stakeholder manager, comfortable working with senior regional leaders
- Strong coaching and people leadership capability.
