## What you’ll do
Manage, review, analyse and report monthly Opex performance for key stakeholders within agreed reporting deadlines.Own the end-to-end Opex process for the assigned business area.Perform accounting and reporting activities in line with stakeholder requirements, Vodafone accounting policies, and IFRS standards.Deliver agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Ensure 100% compliance with SOX controls and maintain a zero-tolerance approach towards control failures.Support month-end, half-year-end and year-end close activities.Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations.Collaborate with stakeholders to address reporting and accounting requirements.Drive process simplification, continuous improvement and automation opportunities.Share knowledge and support colleagues in achieving team objectives.Build broader business understanding and contribute to additional responsibilities as required.
## Who you are
Professionally qualified as a Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost and Management Accountant (CMA), CA Inter, or a working professional with relevant domain knowledge and experience.Strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge.Good understanding of Record to Report (RTR) processes.Experience working with ERP systems such as Oracle and SAP.Knowledge of IFRS and corporate accounting policies.Understanding of SOX controls and compliance requirements.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Analytical, organised and detail-oriented approach to work.Ability to take ownership and contribute to process improvement initiatives.Collaborative team player with a focus on delivering quality outcomes.
