Our client is a well-established commercial print and marketing company looking to add a Director Marketing & Sales to join their leadership team.
This is a high-impact role for a strategic, hands-on leader who can drive both marketing innovation and sales performance. The company provides a full suite of services including direct mail, large format printing, fulfillment, and logistics solutions.
In this role, you will:
• Develop and execute forward-thinking marketing strategies that increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads
• Lead sales enablement initiatives to support a nationwide sales team
• Strengthen existing customer relationships while driving new business acquisition
• Enhance digital and social media marketing efforts to expand market reach
• Partner with executive leadership to identify growth opportunities and improve CRM utilization
• Create compelling sales tools, presentations, and marketing materials that support revenue growth
