Requirements
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Answer inquiries by clarifying desired patient needs and information, researching, locating, and providing a solution, implementing solutions, and escalating any unresolved issues
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different calls
- Seize the opportunity to “close” the call
- Build sustainable relationships by engaging patients and going the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in a comprehensible way
- Continue to update job knowledge by participating in team meetings and education opportunities
- Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets
Qualifications
- 1+ years of dental experience is preferred
- Prior customer service experience
