Marketing Specialist Senior

Job Summary

Priority Health is seeking an experienced Senior Member Communications Marketing Specialist to join our Member Communications team. We are looking for a highly collaborative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating solutions that meet member needs while supporting business objectives.

This individual will leverage data-driven insights to develop and execute integrated marketing and communication strategies that drive member engagement, strengthen affinity for Priority Health, and support key business goals.

In this role, the Senior Member Communications Marketing Specialist will serve as a trusted consultant and strategic partner to our Employer Solutions line of business and other internal clients. They will lead communication planning and campaign execution across products and member experiences, helping deliver best-in-class communications that educate, engage, and support Priority Health members throughout their journey.

Essential Functions

• Lead the development and execution of strategic member communication plans, campaigns, and initiatives supporting the Employer Solutions line of business and other internal clients.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, providing strategic consultation and communication solutions that align with business goals and member needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients, cross-functional teams, and external partners to successfully execute communication strategies and projects.
• Apply critical thinking and business acumen to connect insights across multiple initiatives, identify opportunities, and recommend effective solutions.
• Navigate a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment while managing multiple priorities, competing deadlines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Operations, Customer Care, Compliance, Legal, and other teams to develop and implement member-facing communications.
• Oversee the development, review, and implementation of communication materials to ensure quality, accuracy, compliance, and alignment with brand standards.
• Use data, member insights, and performance metrics to evaluate communication effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop communication plans, content calendars, project timelines, and status updates to support business objectives.
• Thinks strategically while executing effectively.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• 5 years of relevant experience in marketing or related role

Preferred

• Master's Degree
• 5 years of relevant experience in project management
