Work model: This position requires you to work on-site.
Key Responsibilities
Support Supplier Quality Engineers in the execution of supplier quality activities related to current production and new program launches.
Assist in monitoring APQP deliverables and supplier readiness activities to ensure compliance with program timing and quality requirements.
Participate in supplier meetings, program reviews, and cross-functional discussions to gain understanding of quality requirements and manufacturing processes.
Review and organize PPAP documentation and support the tracking of supplier deliverables.
Assist in analyzing quality concerns, non-conformities, and supplier performance metrics, helping to identify root causes and corrective actions.
Support supplier manufacturing process evaluations and quality system assessments under the guidance of senior engineers.
Monitor action plans and follow up on open issues to ensure timely closure.
Prepare reports, presentations, and status updates to support decision-making and program reviews.
Participate in supplier visits, audits, and manufacturing assessments as required.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Supplier Quality organization.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
CREA registration preferred.
Advanced English.
Recent graduate or early-career professional interested in Supplier Quality, Manufacturing, or Product Development.
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering principles.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Exposure to quality methodologies through academic projects, internships, or coursework is a plus.
Availability to travel.
