What you’ll be doing
Leveraging your technical expertise, you will partner with technology and business teams to deliver cybersecurity initiatives, enhance governance and security practices, and protect our systems, networks, and data in an ever-evolving threat landscape. This role offers the opportunity to drive continuous improvement in cybersecurity capability while enabling secure and successful business outcomes.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the development and continual improvement of cybersecurity policies, standards, governance frameworks, and security practices.
- Work with MSOC on issues related to cyber security and act as first point of contact.
- Provide expert security guidance for projects and technology initiatives, ensuring security-by-design principles are embedded across solutions and architectures.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity risks through security reviews, vulnerability management, threat monitoring, and incident response support.
- Partner with technology and business stakeholders to strengthen cyber resilience, protect digital assets, and drive compliance with security requirements.
- Champion cybersecurity awareness and cyber hygiene across the organisation, helping build a strong security culture.
- Collaborate with regional and divisional cybersecurity teams to mature cybersecurity capabilities, processes, tools, and controls while staying ahead of emerging threats and industry trends.
What we need from you
We're looking for an experienced cybersecurity professional with more than 8 years' experience in IT and a strong background in cybersecurity governance, risk management, compliance, and solution delivery within complex enterprise environments.
You will have a solid understanding of security architecture, vulnerability management, incident response, data protection, and cybersecurity frameworks, with the ability to translate technical risks into practical business outcomes. You will have working knowledge of Sentinel, KnowBe4, Delina PAM solution, Defender end point, Incident detection and containment, Incident resolution recommendations, SIEM management, Threat hunting, Security advisory and Associated security reporting.
