Assist with customer negotiations by preparing negotiation plans, packs, booklets and supporting materials.
Provide support to the drafting, reviewing and management of customer facing commercial agreements.
Manage shared team communications and triage incoming requests to ensure effective communication flow.
Lead internal coordination including meetings, action tracking, senior meeting materials and reporting.
Maintain commercial governance and lead on areas of continuous improvement across processes, templates and reporting structures.
Present information clearly and concisely for both internal and external stakeholders.
As you can see, this is a role that underpins the efficiency and effectiveness of our customer commercial activity, and you’ll bring strong organisation, communication and a proactive mindset to support the delivery of the UK’s clean energy future.
What You’ll bring:
Experience supporting commercial contracting or pricing activities, and/or other suitable transferable skills, with a working knowledge of contracting and/or commercial terms.
Experience supporting the drafting, negotiation and/or management of contracts or commercial agreements.
Ability to lead coordinating and managing multiple workstreams, maintaining records, preparing documentation and shared inbox management.
Strong organisational, interpersonal and document management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and Teams/SharePoint.
Strong written communication skills and experience preparing and presenting clear, concise materials to a range of stakeholders.
Demonstrating experience interfacing with stakeholders across a variety of functions.
Knowledge of industry contract forms such as NEC, FIDIC, JCT or similar (advantageous but not essential)
