What you'll do...
Role summary:The Manager, Supply Chain Management oversees the efficient flow of merchandise through distribution networks and fulfillment centers by resolving operational issues and analyzing data to enhance network performance. This role drives collaboration among stakeholders to meet sales, inventory, and profitability goals while identifying and addressing supply chain disruptions. The position champions continuous improvement initiatives, manages supplier relationships, and leads teams to execute optimized supply chain strategies. With a focus on operational excellence and innovation, the manager ensures compliance with company standards and fosters a culture of accountability and development.
About the team:
The team manages carrier performance to drive operational excellence by collaborating across functions and fostering strong carrier relationships. They support programmatic expansion of vendor performance and network alignments across Ocean, Dray, Air, and OCM channels. Focused on optimizing supply chain processes, the team analyzes data to improve efficiencies, resolves escalated issues, and implements process improvements. They work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless merchandise flow and enhance service levels. Leadership within the team promotes continuous learning, accountability, and innovation to meet business goals while maintaining high standards of integrity and operational effectiveness.
What you'll do:
- Manage supply chain processes to ensure efficient merchandise flow through distribution networks and fulfillment centers.
- Analyze data from multiple stakeholders to identify and resolve shipping, receiving, inventory, and return issues.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to optimize supply chain execution aligned with sales, inventory, and profitability goals.
- Develop and present recommendations to address supply chain disruptions and improve operational performance.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives by identifying best practices and implementing process enhancements.
- Supervise and develop team members through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and promote ethical business practices.

- Proven experience in supply chain management with a strong focus on optimizing merchandise flow and network efficiencies.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising teams, mentoring associates, and fostering a high-performing work environment.
- Expertise in data analysis to identify root causes, track supply chain disruptions, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Strong supplier relationship management and collaboration abilities to align stakeholders and resolve operational issues.
- Proficiency in process improvement methodologies, including lean concepts, to reduce waste and enhance cost efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills to influence, motivate, and guide cross-functional teams toward achieving business objectives.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
