Senior Enterprise Architect Consultant

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect specialized in Build vs Buy strategy and CRM for a consultancy mission at a client site. The client is focused on modernizing their IT applications and processes related to association management, approvals, inspections, and subsidies. This initiative aims to enhance both the management of files by agents and the relationship with users, particularly associations.

Responsibilities:

The consultant will carry out the following responsibilities under Keystone Solutions' consultancy model:

• Conduct a detailed functional analysis comparing the coverage of needs identified by the client.
• Produce a Fit-Gap matrix to compare three scenarios: Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform, and a custom-developed solution.
• Analyze the target architecture for each scenario, including components used, hosting, identity management, security, integrations, governance, support, and maintenance.
• Perform a homogeneous economic comparison of the three scenarios based on clearly documented assumptions, including investment and recurring costs.
• Establish a comparable roadmap for each scenario, detailing phases, estimated durations, dependencies, and necessary resources.
• Identify key risks associated with each scenario and propose measures to mitigate them.
• Analyze the value of regional mutualization, considering potential benefits and constraints.

Required Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

• Enterprise Architecture and Solution Architecture expertise.
• Strategic analysis capabilities, including Business Case, TCO, ROI, and Fit-Gap Analysis.
• Experience with CRM and business platforms, specifically Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong understanding of Build vs Buy strategy, including custom solution analysis and maintainability.
• Project management skills, including transformation roadmaps and change management.

Desired Skills:

Additional skills that would be beneficial include:

• Experience in the Belgian public sector.
• Knowledge of public procurement, GDPR, NIS2, and public platform mutualization.
• Experience in managing subsidies, approvals, inspections, and familiarity with the non-profit sector.
