Job Description

As a EMT Security Officer in Clifton Hill, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of technology-focused office areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, reporting suspicious activity and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and other required documentation while communicating observations to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• EMT certification is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At least two years of service in a healthcare and/or medical-related field is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
