We are seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Service Technician with a strong background in residential and light commercial HVAC service. This position will be responsible for performing HVAC service and repairs while also leading and supporting a team of service technicians.
The ideal candidate is a strong hands-on technician and leader who can troubleshoot complex HVAC issues, provide technical guidance, mentor technicians, maintain high-quality service standards, and ensure excellent customer service.
Compensation & Benefits

Requirements
· 3-5 year's experience as a HVAC Service Technician preferably in a Leadership role
· Troubleshoot, Diagnose & Repair Residential AC & Heating Systems
· Experience w/ residential condensers, air handlers, furnaces, boilers and mini-splits
· Perform routine maintenance of split systems
· RTU, light commercial & refrigeration experience a plus
· Familiarity w/ electrical systems associated with system repairs
· Ability to assist install teams as needed a plus
· Great customer service skills a must
· Must be able to work independently and as a team
