Creative Director

The purpose of this role is to oversee a team of delivery experts in the execution of large-scale creative projects. Responsible for every production detail from kick-off through completion; ensuring on time, on budget and on brief executions.

Job Description:

Key responsibilities:

Manages a team of production resources and delivery experts in the execution of large scale creative outputs
Defines execution approach and works with production resources to translate into discrete deliverables with production scopes, inclusive of staff plans for each deliverable
Leads senior level internal teams from concept to completion toward the delivery of innovative solutions
Manages internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects stay on track 
Manages team communications and issue resolution, balancing client requirements with team objectives
Delivers high quality executions whilst always searching for new execution options that maximise efficiencies for our clients
Balances project needs and new client requests against proper team utilisation and resource management
Leads team members by staying informed on latest advertising technologies and trends
