Agile Lead – Join Our Transformation Journey!

We are looking for an experienced Agile Lead who can help shape and drive Agile at an organizational level. This is a role for someone who understands that Agile transformation is not only about teams and ways of working, but also about people, leadership, culture and organizational change.
We are looking for someone who can connect strategy with execution, confidently engage with senior leadership and create the conditions for Agile to thrive across the organization.
You are comfortable operating beyond individual teams and understand how to translate organizational strategy into meaningful change. You can challenge the status quo, facilitate difficult conversations and build commitment at different levels of the organization.

IDEAL AGILE LEAD WOULD HAVE:

• Excellent understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban and SAFe frameworks
• 8+ years of experience working in Agile environments, with strong practical experience in Agile transformation
• A strong understanding of Agile principles, practices and advanced frameworks, with the ability to adapt them to different organizational contexts
• Focus on results – creatively solves problems to ensure goals and objectives are met or exceeded
• Proven experience working with senior leadership, and the superior communication skills to navigate challenging conversations
• Initiative – proactively acts to address obstacles, continuously improve, and implement positive change
• Knowledge of coaching methods and ability to apply them in practice
• Certification at min. PSM II, KMP II and a SAFe certification (SPC or RTE)
• Strong knowledge and practical experience of change management, with the ability to select and adapt approaches depending on the situation and organizational context
• Experience in coaching product management level is an asset

HOW CAN YOU HELP?

• Partner with senior leaders to embed Agile principles into strategy, leadership and organizational change
• Build deep and impactful relationships with Stakeholders, Engineering and Product leaders to influence change and to partner on Agile delivery at scale
• Support Product Directors, Product & Tech Managers, and key stakeholders in using proven techniques for effective backlog management, incremental delivery focused on outcome
• Lead complex initiatives and participate in conversations, helping leaders navigate organizational change and make informed decisions
• Foster growth and development of Agile experts
• Identify areas for improvement by using feedback, observations, and metrics (lead time, cycle time, WIP (Work in progress), etc.) and actively work towards their improvement
• Identify areas where standardization would be useful and appropriate, and ensure its application (way of working, tools, metrics, etc.)
