Field Day Brewing Co. is looking for experienced Bartenders to join our team!

As a Bartender, you'll create memorable experiences for our guests by preparing and serving beverages, making recommendations, and providing friendly, attentive service. You'll also help keep the bar organized, stocked, and ready for service while working alongside a team that takes pride in hospitality.

Field Day Brewing Co. is North Liberty's first brewery, known for handcrafted beer, great food, and genuine hospitality. Whether guests join us for dinner, drinks, or a special event, our goal is to deliver an experience they'll want to come back for.

Compensation for fully trained Bartenders starts at $4.35/hour plus tips, with tip payouts distributed the following morning.

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive bar service
• Prepare and serve beer, cocktails, wine, and other beverages accurately and efficiently
• Recommend beers, cocktails, menu items, and food pairings
• Maintain knowledge of Field Day's beer selection, beverage offerings, and food menu
• Properly pour and serve beer according to style and serving standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout your shift
• Process guest payments accurately using our POS system
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible alcohol service practices
• Assist with changing kegs and keeping taps functioning properly
• Clean and sanitize glassware, bar equipment, and work areas
• Promote featured beers, merchandise, and to-go offerings
• Assist guests with Duckpin Bowling check-in and systems as needed
• Work closely with fellow team members to provide an excellent guest experience
• Participate in pre-shift meetings and support the team wherever needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Previous bartending experience preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
