Position Title: Sales Application Engineer / Executive – Metal Cutting Tools
Working Location: Seletar (Islandwide)
Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 8am-5.30pm)
Salary Package: Basic + VB
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products based on their applications
Provide technical advice on metal cutting tools such as inserts, end mills, drills, and taps
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including manufacturers and suppliers
Keep updated on product features, specifications, and applications
Analyse customer requirements and suggest suitable cutting tool solutions
Prepare technical proposals and quotations

Minimum Higher Nitec or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, CNC Machining, or related field
At least 2–3 years of experience in technical sales or engineering, preferably in manufacturing or related industries
Good understanding of metal cutting tools and their applications
Knowledge of tool materials and coatings is an advantage
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Good problem-solving skills and ability to provide effective solutions
