Your role will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and assisting with inquiries promptly and effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with customers via chat to address their queries and provide solutions in a timely manner.Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers.Document customer interactions and feedback in our systems for future reference.Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer experience.Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.RequirementsProven experience in a customer service role, preferably in chat support.Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service.Familiarity with customer support software and chat tools is an advantage.
