PR Specialist

We are looking for a PR Specialist to manage and streamline our clinic bookings and public relations activities. This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands influencer and stakeholder coordination, and can ensure seamless execution of PR-related initiatives.

You will play a key role in coordinating ambassador and influencer clinic visits, maintaining strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and supporting cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional brand experiences. From scheduling and logistics to documentation and data management, you will ensure that all PR touchpoints are well-organized, efficiently executed, and aligned with brand and campaign objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Clinic Coordination & Ambassador Bookings

• Coordinate and manage bookings across clinics for ambassadors, influencers, media, and partners
• Collaborate with clinic teams to ensure smooth scheduling and execution of treatments
• Provide real-time updates on schedules and proactively resolve conflicts
• Align clinic visits with PR campaigns and brand initiatives

Influencer & KOL Relationship Management

• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, KOLs, and media partners
• Serve as the main point of contact for PR-related clinic engagements
• Track influencer visits, treatments, and engagement history
• Support identification and engagement of relevant influencers

Administrative & Documentation Support

• Process payments, reimbursements, and billing documentation
• Handle contracts, notarization, and filing of official documents
• Ensure proper documentation and coordination with internal teams

Data Management & File Organization

• Maintain organized filing systems and trackers for PR activities
• Manage booking logs, spreadsheets, and documentation records
• Regularly audit files for accuracy and completeness

Cross-Team Coordination

• Work closely with PR, Brand, and Operations teams
• Support campaign activations, events, and influencer visits
• Assist with logistics for shoots and content creation

Brand Representation & Client Experience

• Uphold premium brand standards in all interactions
• Ensure a seamless and high-quality experience for all guests
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling high-profile individuals

Qualifications

Education

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Business
  Administration, or related field.

Experience

• At least 1–2 years of experience in PR, influencer relations, brand partnerships, or administrative coordination.
• Experience working and coordinating with influencers, celebrities, media personalities, or high-profile clients is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong documentation and file management abilities.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Drive) and digital tracking systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
• Flexible and willing to work on weekends when necessary, to support ambassador clinic bookings, visits, and PR-related activities.
• Strong understanding of beauty, aesthetics, and lifestyle industries.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when working with VIP clients, ambassadors and influencers.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of anticipating operational needs.
