Description
One of the leading players in international market research, YouGov Shopper is looking for a Client Service Consultant to join its local Commercial Team.
Here’s a breakdown of the main responsibilities:
Strategic Client Consultation & Proposition: Partner with clients to deeply understand their business objectives, translating their needs into targeted research proposals, and methodological solutions that drive our clients’ growth.
End-to-End Research Programs: Architect and execute complex local and multi-country research projects. Expertly handle the full lifecycle, including research design, sampling, questionnaire design/scripting, quotas, weighting, and significance testing.
Advanced Analytics & Insights Delivery: Leverage advanced statistical and numerical skills to analyze complex data, consumer behavior, and demographic trends. Transform findings into high-impact reports, segmentations, and compelling client presentations.
Operational Excellence & Project Management: Ensure flawless, timely delivery of all client assets by maintaining a rigorous discipline over project timelines. Proactively optimize operational workflows to improve team efficiency and sustainability.
Cross-Functional & Commercial Collaboration: Partner closely with business development teams to respond to prospective research briefs
These are the essentials skills and experience needed:
Research methodology mastery with proven record of minimum 3 years in research and consultancy business.
English – at least B2 level; Bulgarian – native.
Expertise in identifying custom research opportunities and scoping projects that drive additional value to our clients.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Exceptional presentation and client-facing communication skills.
