Role: Artworker
Location: Remote Until Further Notice
About the role:
The Mid Artworker takes digital, print and social content projects from brief to completion. This role will provide some new ideas and localisation from existing toolkits or assets, whilst working closely with Reckitt’s brand guidelines. They will work alongside an established team, under the supervision of senior creatives dedicated to the account, and in direct collaboration with the client. The role is fast paced and responsive, working across multiple different projects and clients within the organisation. This is a great opportunity to work within a team, creating impactful communications Globally and developing best practices.
What you will be doing:
- Work on projects from start to finish — working collaboratively with Designers, Copywriters and Project Managers on asset creation and implementation.
- Look for ways to develop new artwork within the guidelines, marketing and production opportunities.
- Create inspiring and exciting content – from new ideation, to repurposing and reformatting of assets from a global toolkit.
- Retouching of packs, lock up design, layout and illustration.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, with various deliverables, on a campaign ideation level. Effectively manage workloads within agreed timescales.
- Proactively monitor quality, accuracy and consistency.
What you need to be great in this role:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a creative environment.
- Fluent spoken English and excellent written skills.
- Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organise and influence clients and build strong and effective working relationships
- Working on print-based collateral with great knowledge of branding.
- DTP skills are required, to accurately prepare files for both print and web and run the relevant pre-production checks.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
- Strong typography, layout and technical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- An understanding how to work across online banners (static and animated), social media posts (primarily Instagram and Meta), print/ POS, and eComm.
- An understanding of the latest Social and Digital technology trends.
- The ability to talk through your ideas confidently with the team and clients.
- Keen eye for details
- Loves working in a fast-paced adaptable environment.
- Work proactively under own initiative and as part of the design team.
- Experience in FMCG or Healthcare sectors are ideal.
