Description
We’re looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist to execute point-of-sale strategies across the Modern Trade channel, driving Triple Play compliance, Perfect Store execution, and shopper activation excellence. In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and external agency partners to deliver best-in-class in-store execution, maximize visibility at the point of sale, and support the successful implementation of commercial initiatives that drive growth.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage merchandising agencies and field execution programs to ensure operational excellence and strong in-store performance.
- Monitor and analyze execution KPIs to identify opportunities and drive Perfect Store compliance.
- Plan and execute customer- and region-specific in-store activations, including displays, demonstrations, and shopper engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate launch action plans and ensure cross-functional alignment for flawless execution.
- Manage trade marketing and activation budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and ROI.
- Lead post-activation evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize future executions.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and external agencies to deliver commercial initiatives effectively and on time.
- Generate, analyze, and interpret market and execution data to identify opportunities, provide actionable insights, and support decision-making.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing, or Sales within FMCG/CPG companies.
- Proven experience in in-store execution, point-of-sale activations, agency management, launch execution, budget management, and performance analysis.
- Experience working with Modern Trade customers such as Walmart, Soriana, Chedraui, La Comer, and Costco is a plus.
- Strong data analysis and KPI management skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Strong organizational, planning, and project management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Results-oriented approach with strong execution and follow-through.
