Main tasks:
- Design and validate SAP solution architectures across SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments
- Translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable SAP solutions aligned with SAP standards and clean core principles
- Act as a key interface between business units, implementation partners, and internal IT during design, testing, cutover, and hypercare phases
- Evaluate and govern SAP developments (e.g., ABAP, interfaces, extensions) with a focus on quality, maintainability, and long-term strategy
- Support fit-to-standard workshops and actively reduce unnecessary custom developments
- Contribute to integration, data, and authorization concepts in alignment with enterprise architecture guidelines
- Deliver hands-on technical implementations (e.g., ABAP, CDS views, SAP Fiori/UI5, SAP BTP extensions)
- Support stable SAP operations, including incident analysis, problem resolution, and continuous improvement after go-live
Your qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in SAP consulting, solution architecture, or SAP project delivery
- Strong knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, including end-to-end business process integration
- Proven experience in S/4HANA transformation programs (fit-to-standard, testing, data migration, cutover, hypercare)
- Solid technical expertise in ABAP, interfaces, enhancements, and modern SAP technologies (e.g., BTP, Fiori/UI5)
- Experience with integration technologies and APIs; familiarity with SAP Integration Suite is a plus
- Good understanding of clean core principles and modern SAP architecture approaches
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT as well as external partners
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
