What You'll Do:
- Schedule jobs per re-occurring tickets.
- Communicate with customers on upcoming scheduled jobs/ tickets.
- Schedule approved Estimates.
- Dispatch Technicians.
- Create Estimates as needed.
- Create invoices when needed.
What You'll Bring:
- Parts Knowledge.
- Scheduling / Dispatching Experience.
- Results driven, strategic thinker and problem solver.
- Proactive and takes initiative.
- Knowledge with Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in construction or trades office settings.
- Sales and Marketing Support.
